The Company
We live in a tangible world. .It cannot be narrated. Come see it for yourselves. It is all around us: respect for the environment; organic certification; the sustainability of our vineyards and vinification; the wood of the casks, large and small; the steel; cutting-edge technology that combines innovation and tradition without turning them into empty words; daily choices; problems to face; work done by hand; guyot pruning; spontaneous grassing; recycling rainwater; caring for our winery; soft pressing; indigenous yeasts; fermentations; time; the wait; the aging; the bottling; results to be tasted, evaluated, discovered, and shared; cases; pallets ready to be shipped to many corners of the world.
Every evening at 6 p.m., we all return to the top of that hillside in Monforte, where the company has its headquarters. We return from the vineyards or we come upstairs from the cellar, we leave the office, or we come back after loading a truck or attending a work meeting.
We look each other in the eyes and we recount how the day went. Sometimes we celebrate the birthday of one of us. And it’s a celebration for everyone.
